She wanted the bottles that the sauce came in, so I took the opportunity to customize them with some extra spices

Now I have one bottle of super hawt New Mexico chilli sauce and one slightly less super hawt curry sauce.

Used the NMex Chili sauce on my el pastor marinated chicken breast

And of course refreshing beverages, because grilling needs hydration

I grew up on stuff like that as a kid. My gallbladder is still complaining about all the sugar I ate in the past.

I cut down to about one percent of the massive sugar I used to eat. Some people say that eating a lot of sugar gives cancer a chance to grow faster. I say that’s probably hogwash, but it has inflammatory effects on the body. I have experienced that effect firsthand.

Now that I’m getting old I worry about the diet a lot more.

I do virtually all the cooking here and it’s usually pretty healthy stuff, but my wife is a big cheater. She thinks because something grows on trees you can stuff yourself full of it.

tonight I was really hungry. so made up some 90% paddies with Malabo seasoning thrown in the ground beef. they were a bite to big for my indoor grill. :lol: but I maid it work!

nope only time I eat lettuce or tomato is if I forget to tell the waitress . to leave it off my meal. or if they mash the tomato into catsup.
