What's it worth???

Excelsior badged Schwinn Whizzer, skiptooth, kinda rusty and motor missing but the cool factor is off the charts. What you guys think as far as a fair offer would be on it??? I don't want to insult him but want to score it on the cheap. :wink:

Without a motor, is it still a "Whizzer"' or is it just a rusty schwinn with some whizzer parts on it? I'd look at it that way, what would the bare bike be worth then add on for the various parts...

I'm waiting to hear back from him, I know if the serial shows WZ it's a Whizzer, if not it's still a cool early Excelsior badged skiptooth Schwinn
with a springer and some cool parts.
