On a bike at regular ride height this works pretty well. On this bike it acts more like a true wheelie bar to keep you from doing wheelies.

Something along this line is what I need to fab up for the Lincoln.

Im playing with ideas for a wheelie bar on my bike for the upcoming build off. Its good to know that Im not the only one thinking a wheelie bar is to prevent wheelies. Im going with a dragster theme and my idea lioks more like an erector set at the moment
