Thanks Jeremy, but Big C says that the tread he remembers talked about bending 1" pipe into handlebars, so I'm not sure eg599 is the guy.

Maybe it's old age, but I swear i remember seeing a picture of members bike with some half moon bend cruiser bars that he said he made himself. It was a few month's back. Wish I could remember more. :roll:

I searched but couldn't find the thread. It was near the start of the latest annual build off, I replied to that thread and was thinking of having him build me a set. I think he had a bike in the build off. There are too many threads to read through all of them. I think it was oversized tubing on upright style handlebars.
