Will this rack fit?

Want to put this 26"Schwinn front rack on this bike but looks like springer is in the way.
Did not buy rack yet..... think it will fit?

With the springer, the front axle moves back and forth. The carrier won't allow movement, as it attaches to the axle and top of the fork.

Won't quite fit, could it be adapted to fit ? probably with some creativity but why, you have a rack already in the back !

You would have to modify the rack so that the upper section attached somehow to springer fork itself. That way the rack would move in unison with the fork.
