Womens Flightliner serial number ?

Hello I just received a womens flightliner in pieces. Frame fork bars stem and crank. The color is blue does anyone have a idea by this serial number of year or any other details thanks. WG3.908A212154

WG means it's a Gambles Hiawatha, 3 may mean '63, but I start to get confused outside of the Sears bikes! -Adam
