Women's Frameset

Hi,
I have a female client who is a very leggy 6'3" who wants a custom bike made for her.
What I need to know is there a particular female frame set that I can look out for that would be big enough to suit her needs? We don't want anything newish, something very old with a unique style.
Would also maybe consider a handbuilt Frameset in a antique style if anyone would be interested in building one for me!
I am from Australia but have a US address to send bikes to for shipping to me so only need to get frame, bike to Pomona in CA.
Look forward to any suggestions or leeds.

Picked this up over here. It's brand name is Healing and was manufactured in Melbourne Australia. It's a 30's model and in really good condition for it's age. She has ridden it and with a new longer seat pole it will be perfect for her.
