That was a great video, thanks for recommending the channel. I'm going to be checking out more, there's definitely projects I want to do that require patina. :cool2:

Thanks OJ, I'll give that a shot. I remember @Bike from the Dead aging a tire on a previous build too, I'll look that up.

I will check them out too, thanks. There are some cool videos of that museum on youtube. It's pretty amazing. I may stick with the white rims. I may do a little aging on the white walls to blend them in a little better. There's more to come. I'm still going to mock it up with a frame...

I will do that. The calculator has a value for S2 rims but I’d like to verify. I’m going to measure tomorrow. I’m too tired today and I don’t want to screw up too bad.

Thanks twojs, I appreciate it. I'm going to use this calculator: Does anyone know if all Schwinn S2s are the same measurements?

My Sturmey Archer 5 speed drum hub was still jammed up and had the freewheel remover stuck in it. I had installed the tool with the axle nut holding it in place. With the drum in the vice this seemed to break the freewheel loose but it wouldn’t come free. It was spinning the axle nuts and...
