you can take the lock ring off an older 10 speed bottom bracket and jb weld it to your hub. its not perfect but its better than a total suicide fixed.
get at least a front brake.
I think i gotta go check it out today. anything i should look for to make sure its not a wal-,mart schwinn?
location of serial, welds to look for, anything?

So i have a freaky swing bike, and i am inspired by the recent build off to invert the stem to the bottom side of the fork. Problem is i cant figure out how to do it. I have a fairly narrow stem but its just way to big for any fork i have. Do i need to sand/grind the stem down, or...
So this is basically what im starting with. except mine is chrome and in pieces. i plan to have the seat at about 5" and the grips just above that.

i tried messing around with the rear axle spacing and the chainring is not adjustable and it is on a 3 piece crank (no shims). my only real option was a dished out rear sprocket unless i wanted my wheel off of center. i found a 22 tooth dished out sprocket at a LBS for $10. I still want a 18...

Are the OCC stingrays coaster brake? if so, does anyone know how many teeth the cogs have and are they an offset cog?
