So I got this bike out of the trash. Did some research and found out its a 1980 Sanwa 110 10 Speed. I loved the look of the bike but multiple speeds aren't my thing. So I tore the bike down repacked the bearings, new tubes and tires and new brake cable. I drilled out the rivots on the original...

You sold it for $30? Looks clean. I wanted to keep it as original as possible. Did you rechrome everything or it was in good enough shape to save?

I was just wondering if you can convert a 10 speed threaded hub to a single speed free wheel. I have a 1980 Sanwa 10 speed that I was wanting to convert to a single speed free wheel. When I tried to research the 'how to' I got conflicting info. Thanks guys!-Swanny

He ended up not selling it to me. But, I came across an 1980 Sanwa 10 Speed someone was throwing out. Ill take it!

He lives down the street from me. I may offer him $100 to see if he will take it, but I'm still on the fence about it..

I was going to keep it the way it is. it has new cables/tires/tubes/chain. He wanted $150 for it, I'm in Hawaii and not sure how the market is for vintage bikes.

Ive been searching online to try to find a breakdown of the S/N for Dyno bikes. I found something that breaks it down but it doesnt make sense to me.Its a Dyno GLide Deluxe S/N: MT80804794.

Yeah I bought it incase we have a guest that needed a bike. Its a solid bike so Im happy with it.

I did buy it. Its an awesome bike and rides like a caddy. Cruisers sell for over market value here on the Island because they are always in demand. So if anything I can get my money back if not more.

It looks like an old drum brake. The trike looks awesome! The rims cleaned up well..

I love those bars! Ive used two bars like that on my builds. Im not a huge fan of the seat but nice work! Grips/ tires and Rims/ pedals were a nice touch.

Im not sure which route I want to take. Ive never been a huge fan of Apes but they look good on the bike. Im torn between matte black ith red rims and white walls or olive drab green with gloss black or red wheels... ive got some fenders as well but I have to make them fit.
