So I got this bike out of the trash. Did some research and found out its a 1980 Sanwa 110 10 Speed. I loved the look of the bike but multiple speeds aren't my thing. So I tore the bike down repacked the bearings, new tubes and tires and new brake cable. I drilled out the rivots on the original crank sprockets cut the larger sprocket off of the crank and bolted the smaller sprocket to the crank with stainless hardware. I added a spacer in the rear and a threaded freewheel to convert it to a single speed. I also changed the bars and grips and brake lever to make this a fun bike to commute with. I tried to keep the bike as original as possible but make it my own. Let me know what you guys think.

Nice, great score, that thing must have been garage kept for the salt air not to have eat those spokes and hoops up.
