SHOW ME YOUR WORKSPACE / SHOP

So, this is my workshop. It's an 80'x200' garage which my mom's ex-husband built to hold a couple of his fire trucks. Anyone want a '65 Mack R-model or a '29 Model A fire chief's car? Maybe a '70 Fairlane? The '70 Cutlass is mine .... The rest of the junk needs to go!

    Anyone in Maine?

I live in Maryland, but my wife's family is all up in Wiscasett, so i am up there visiting quite frequently. I've been looking at moving to the Portland area.

    What bike?

As others have said, mine is very definitely a Spaceliner. I compared some photos online and there are some mounting points which make a lot more sense now.

    What bike?

Sorry for the very poor quality photo. Most of my bikes are in storage in my mother's house and I only had a few moments to grab a pic. I'll pull it down and get some better shots soon. I'm hoping that someone recognizes the frame and can tell me what it may be. My mom bought it in Denton...

Have your tastes changed since coming here?

Well, I have only been on this site for a few days, but I would say that it has already had an impact in my taste. I have been into the mountain and road scene for a lot of years, and I never really saw my old cruiser as much more than a beater. I have been aware of some of the level of...

    Allow myself to introduce.... Myself.

Hmmmm.. Can't edit posts on here, eh? I apologize for a few of the nonsensical words; i tried dictating to a new tablet that i just got and it doesnt seem to be as good as my Apple products. Another good bike story, which unfortunately is not mine, happened to a couple of guys with whom I...

    Allow myself to introduce.... Myself.

Hey folks! I'm Mike. As the name suggests, I am a bike cop. It's pretty much the best possible job: I get paid to ride a bike and carry a gun. I'm also a certified instructor with the International Police Mountain Bike Association. I've been building bikes for about twenty years, first from...
