Yeah, I said electric conversion.
Disclaimer...no original parts were modified for this build but we did use needed donor parts.

I decided to build my 3rd Hilltopper "Sprinter" front hub conversion.
Adding the basket brkts, lrg basket, seat, tires.
Adding donor front fork, dropstand and needed hardware

Here's the project,

That's a lot different than what I have compiled. But yours is probably right because it's taken from actual numbers, no extrapolation. And mine is from some years ago, I can't remember where I found the list.
 
Personally compiled lists are always questioned.
These published pre 1948 lists have been secretly held tightly to the chests of the knowledgeable for decades.
All the research have been scrutinized by many.
Based on previous original owners input and on frame and components seem to be the decision makers
findings.
Mine seems to fall within the findings of a close friend that has a 1939 stamping even though the earliest manufacture was 1940.
1939 stampings were used on the 1940 earliest produced.
