20" Schwinn-the MC Racer

Got this bike not that long ago, and decided what i am going to do with it. I plan to make it look like an old BMX racing bike with other various twists
I am wondering if i should leave it as is-I started grinding it down and thought it looked sort of nice as it is. Its either that or red primer.
