2006 Raleigh P.U.B.

My LBS has had a Raleigh P.U.B. in stock for about the past year now.

I have always admired this bike when I visit the shop.

It seems to be a HUGE bike. They have it marked for $329.00 I think.

Has anyone ever owned or ridden one?

Looks like the Raliegh got you the legs forward ride better than the Kona.

I called the LBS...they sold the P.U.B. today!!!!!!!!!...ha ha ha...typical.

What about your Dyno? The Pub and 88 are both cool though. I think with an Uncle Stretch (which you have), a nexus 3spd and a tank like the 88 you could have that.

Yeah Clancy...that may be what I end up doing...it just requires work...ha ha.

This is actually what I consider to be my dream bike...now, where did leave me $600. :roll:

Order this and put a 3-speed coaster hub on it. Add in the shifter and cable and you still have the ultimate in crank forward pedaling for around $425 total.

I've considered this at $160... leaves lots of room for a monark, multi-speed coaster hub etc.

wow! both of those feet forward bikes are pretty cheap! BTW< you need to add a frame mounted bottle opener to match the PUB though!
