these are 24" s-2 schwinn rims  , yeah theyll fit on standard ballooner rim. (they wont fit 24" s-7,s-6,s-5 or any 24x1-3/8 rims, everything else should be fine and dandy)

Hopefully, the old tire is still there, that would be the best way to size it. 24x1.75 or 24x2.125 on the tire would be signify a standard rim. Or if you already have your new tires or an old standard tire, see if it will go on. The non standard rims will be too large for them to fit over.

Thanks for all the info guys. The rims are from an older trike and are 24" rims. I really want to put 26" rims on the trike, however the axle size is much larger than a bicycle axle, so I was considering putting some 24"X3.0" tires on the trike rims so I can at least get the outside diameter closer to a 26" tire!
Unless...one of you guys has some 26" trike rims
Thanks.
