My current project is a really old CCM with 28" wheels, My question is;
is there such a thing as white-wall tires for 28 inch wheels, which is the equivilant of a 700 wheel by roadies.

I have never seen any and wondering where I can find such a beast. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Schwalbe has completely white tires in 700c x 35.

they are actually cream colored.
and they have 28 x 1.5 too....

I'm thinking the old 28" tires are not the same as the 700's- check Sheldon Brown's tire sizing info if in doubt, or compare the millimeter sizes from the tires.

2 x 28" 700c wheels with 32 and 40 holes, 2 tires are Kenda 700 x 38c size. They would be great on a pre 20's track bike or a boardtrack bike. The tires are new. Both hubs work good but need to be cleaned inside and regreased. The rims need to be beadblasted and powdercoated or painted. The rims are straight. There may be a spoke or 2 missing. $100
