I have the same bike. I started to part it out, then had a change of heart and put it back together. I'm getting ready to make some changes though... You don't see the 24" models often.

Awww that sucks. I was trying to sell mine, but no one seems to want it for what I was asking. Decided to keep it and customize it a bit.
