$40 Hawthorne

I went to a swap meet this morning and saw this for $40 on the way in the door. I told my buddy I don't really "need" it but if it's still there on the way out,I'll probably grab it. Well sure enough,it was there. The tires are a little cracked but they hold air and it is rideable as-is,does anyone know how old it might be?

I would say You dunn good , I'd pay 40 for that saddle alone !
