66 Schwinn Stingray?

I have no idea how the vintage bike world works. But, I just purchased this bike. Its supposed to be a 66 Schwinn Stingray. Did it originally come with fendars? Looks like it has 20" tires?

I can get better pics tonight. But, here is what t looks like...

It looks like a Murray bicycle in the Murray name, Sears, Western Flyer or a few others.


What is the serial number and so on?

I agree, Murray built something or other, non-Schwinn. To a lot of people, Stingray has become a name that applies to any muscle bike, much like kleenex or band-aid have become for their respective products.

Found out it really is a Sears Spyder Mark VII.

It looks better up close, I am still waiting to find one for a good price I could actually afford.
