70's era bmx frame ??

hey all, i think its an FMF BMX bike from the 70's but what has me stumped is the tear shaped top tube i can't find any info on it.

any help I.D.ing this bike will be a big help

Hve you posted it on bmxmuseum? Them guys live, eat and breathe bmx. Ive seen them before but cant remember what the name was on it.

thanks i found it over at the bmx museum. turns out its a 77' cycle pro foiler. pretty sweet
