looks like the tank/top bar is adjustable.. funky design for sure

Looks like the down tube might be bent. The rear of the tank should come up even with the seat stays for a boys bike. Gary

This is a convertible bike meaning it can be a boys or girls bike. If you raise the bar it bolts behind the seat post to the frame. It also uses the same guard as a Avenger muscle bike.

it seems the seat has been changed.. i think they go with the hard plastic white seat.
