I've only found one set of black triple trees and they are 1" instead of 1-1/8" so I would have to buy headset reducers and a stem shim. Has anyone found any black 1-1/8 threadless forks around 30" length so I don't have to spend $20 extra dollars on a shim and reducers?

Buy the one you want and have them powdercoated, that way you can get exactly the one you want vs. whichever one you can find in black. IMO

It's probably harder to find them than chrome because whatever finish they have (paint, powdercoat) could easily scratch or scrape off when installing the fork legs into the triple tree mounts, just easier to make them in chrome and have the end user deal with other finishes.
