The frame.for brazen was given.to me by my friend Juan from.atistic a few.weeks before the buildoff started.
This old 46 shelby frame had been electroplated on the corners. I added some old components and some new and did a lot of work bringing all of the details together
The wheels are 57mm origin 8 double-walled, gilded with variegated foil.. 26x2.5 GT Smoothies to keep this ride rolling smooth.
Drivetrain is a 32-17 gearing, kmc Kool chain. Deckas chainring, Gilded cranks and Alston pedals. Driving a Shimano 7 speed Nexus hub with a gilded rollerbrake.
The seat is 14oz leather that I recovered. Grips match the sear, as well as the little.loops I made to hold the homemade wheel stand.
Multi layered mesh faux tank that has a sunburst pattern in it.
Fenders, Handlebars and strut rods with natural patina and a.bit added to the light to get them to match.
All of this comes together to make a very smooth ride with gearing to take on anything around town.
