it is done at home is simple and inexpensive, if interest during the week I step photos with detailed measurements

If you cut off the rear drop outs and welded them or new ones on to the rear of back loop tail frame, it would make the frame look cooler.. I think anyway, just a thought
I dig the bars though, I wanted one of those bikes off CL once so I could make Bars like those you have ha ha..

Also if you did move the dropouts, it would give you more Rake..
That's if you like raked bikes handling
