Greetings from Portland ME! First time poster.
I picked this coaster up for 40 bucks from a guy's basement.

Stripped fenders, chain guard, dropped seat, threw on some wal-mart white walls and ripped some handlebars from a Schwinn Stingray, and a set of chrome 72 spokes.

Had a bike shop throw on a rear sprocket and this thing runs like a BMX. Going up and down hills is no problem and it has tons of pull. Peddling from a stop is not a problem sitting down. Good stuff for riding the terrain up here.

Still looking for headlight, white grips, white peds, and i'm looking for some sheet metal and a welder for a sweet body addition. it's a secret, but I promise it shall be rad.

Can anyone identify the year on this bike and any history on this Firestone bike for me?

I like!...How about posting an "INTRO". :D

Yea, i liked the accesorries but wanted to drop the weight since it's steel bodied and I ride it many miles daily. Debating on continuing cleaning the fenders (already got rust off the back one) because I ate sand on the beach hardcore. I believe it will look good though once complete.

Iol i'll post an intro shortly.
