cool japanese bike and tank bike

Found these Friday near my house. Cool old guy decided to sell off his bike collection. He gave me all his extra parts too, which filled my pickup. Had to hide it all before my wife got home.The red bike has s/ n of MOY 20X24 248057. Anybody know what it is?

Red one's a murray.

The blue one looks like it was made by bridgestone - technart frame with die cast lugs.

yes,the blue one is bridgestone. The red one is missing the light for front of tank, so I'll be looking for one
