Cottered cranks-Stuck cotter Pin(?)

Ok, on Union JacK the cotter pins are stuck in the crank
I have been hammerin on em for a while after sprayin em with wd-40

Awful aren't they? I've seen special tools, but I don't know and kind of doubt they work. I've only been able to get them out by drilling.

Heating will dis-colour the chrome but would work.

I'd go with what Mister Skoda suggests, & attack them with progressively larger drill bits. That's what I usually resort to, anyway. I find that swearing quite a lot during the procedure helps ...

Since the Park CR-2 cotter tool is out of my price range, I just use a big C clamp and a socket as a spacer to press them out.
