Where I live, tons of old bikes are going to the metal recycling places daily. I believe every bike has some quality worth saving. I immediately fell in love with the headbadge on this one and the rest just fell into place.

I agree with you - very cool head badge for a Cleveland Welding bike. This is my favorite CWC frame configuration - two gradual curving top tubes with the rear facing drop outs. That chain guard is a very rare and valuable part also the way it goes all the way back and wraps around the sprocket. They were shortened after it's brief production. There are a ton of CWC frames out there so I would say do whatever you want with it. I have quite a few and I've done a bunch of different things to each frame. Have Fun! Robert
