Elgin lightweight

I just purchased this Elgin. The nice guy that sold it to me told me it was a 1941. What info do you all have? I cannot find much about it.

for sure during the war. i have a huffman girls lightweight from that era. i dont know much info on it either other than the parts were painted at that time instead of nickle plating.
