With the brick tires:

Then I was thinking of that metal mask I have. So I hung it over the headlight grill:

But I am afraid that it is too massive and should be probably closer to the head tube. I am thinking however of using that mask with the bo bike...

The Rock Shox fork went on the new fully, which will see more use for it anyway, and thus the Felt received the genuine triple tree fork:

I have to connect the front brake and come up with a clean solution for the reaction arm bracket.

The Haribo Felt got its stem "temporarily borrowed", then the Brooks seat went on the Carcass bike. While swapping forks with the fully again I somehow managed to kill the lower headset bearing cage and after I installed the fork in the fully I was left with an incomplete headset for the Felt. So I officially terminated that build and even took the rear tire to put the fully on Thick Bricks.
The Haribo's main purpose has indeed always been to serve as a replacement frame for my black Felt in case the BB housing breaks - if you recall I was forced to remove some material in order to make the motor work with the center adapters, before I discovered the eccentric ones.

But then I found another Felt just 25 minutes train ride from where I live, price was fair... So today I got me a Felt Chopper, a bike that I wanted ever since I saw it!
Today I brought home this lovely Torch:

I don't know yet what I do with it. Probably replace the seat, remove the bodywork and leave it naked as I have like them, change the handlebars position a bit. Might use a 24" silver rims wheelset. We'll see. :)
It took me a minute to get used to how it rides. Weird with the long wheel base.

Since I abandoned this project I redid it in the last BO. Of course the final "heavy duty" bike was also heavy weight so after the voting I removed anything unnecessary.
This is how it sits now:

The seat is slammed low because a friend visited me and his kid rode the bike. I myself ride it high.
