Went by a garage sale this am - they had an old huffy, but I asked if he had any older junk bikes and he said yeah, but they are real old and need lot's of work - so we drove to his little barn, and BAM, there they were, two lugged bikes, plus an old exercise bike. One of these says JC Higgins, and the other one has a lot of similarities as the Higgins, but headbadge is missing - it says "Featherlite" on it. Looks like both are 3 speeds I guess (not sure). Paid $25.00 for all, and made anew friend. Don't really NEED them, but hated to see them rot away. If you restore these type of bikes, then I'll trade for them, I'll never restore them... well... not anytime soon.... I would like to know what BIKE 02 is (the made in england one), and what your take is on the year of these. I left the Huffy there... TGIF!
