just got back from Twin Falls, Idaho an brought back 2 family bikes. the first is a jc higgins which my wifes family aquired sometime in the early 40's. it was a used bike at that time. it was riddin till 49 an hung up in the garage, never to be rode again. i finnaly got it an now belongs to me. i am calling it General Custer as he is a great great cusin of my wifes family who's last name is Custer. the second bike is a 72 sears that my father in law got for my mother in law who only rode it a couple of times as it was to big for her. it two was hung up in the garage an now belongs to me. that one i will clean up an try to flipp it as it has no value to the family or me. so here are the pics.
as you can see it has a skip tooth. all original except the front tire as it's a 1.75 not a 2.125 like the back. it has been used. the fenders need some reworking an the top tube is well worn.
