My neighbors have started to take notice me basically living in the garage working on these old bikes and now are giving me there old rides. "just get it out of my sight is what this neighbor told me about this Higgins" I said "are you sure" The PG version of what he said was "I'm positive" (place the proper expletive between I'm and Positive) Overall this bike is very clean, someone wrapped vinyl tape around the bars for decoration, I've already removed it. Not sure if I'm going to keep it or flip it. Still cool though.
