So, I hit it the frame with some brush on eco-friendly stripper yesterday. I probably should have left it on a little longer, but I am liking how it turned out.
I couldn't take a photo that really represents how cool it looks in person.
I am 50/50 right now with keeping it and clearing it or just re-painting it.

My gut is to just clear it and see what's what. I can always re-paint if I don't like it.

I like the scruffy mostly bare look with the crisp wheels.

Maybe also paint just the one middle rack bar blue or add some thin blue pinstripes here or there.

I have a plan for the integrated rack. It will be painted either white or blue, then faded out a ton to look like it's been weathered for a long time like the frame.
I will also paint a quarter of the top bar and the steertube the same color.
 
Thinking something like this for the top tube, steertube and integrated rack, I am not painting the bike blue, so ignore that.
