They are nice looking bikes and look to be stable.

Very cool. I imagine would be great bike for my wife. If only I could get here to give up here Minivan.
 
They do look pretty sweet....the one with the bucket is pretty fun.

I just listed their link on the Friends page in hopes of winning one of these bad boys.

good call. I want one to to compliment my other utility bike.

i know a guy with a surley big dummy. does everything with it.
saw him a couple weeks ago hauling big speaker he got from a gargae sale.

i think they claim a 300lbs cargo capacity on the back rack.
it will carry a couple peeps anyhow.


those madison are pretty cool though.
 
several companies are making cargo bikes now. maybe the Next Big Thing?

Hey..... I resemble that comment. I cleaned the garage and got rid of parts that had been hanging around way to long. I guess that is what happens when you buy a bike just for the hubs or wheels.
 
there are downloadable plans WorldBike. there's a cool one shown in the slideshow there that looks like the rear was slightly stretched and then a rack unit crosses the seat stays to form another triangle - looks good and looks very sturdy.

maybe a cargo rat build-off some day? :)
 
i'm kinda working on one. it's not my main goal but seeing this it could be pressed into service i guess.

really one of my stretches that's getting a sort of harley bagger look. i'm trying to figure out a sturdy pannier rack. if i get it right (right now i'm thinking a straight mountain bike fork) it ought to be strong enough for a person or something with a bit of weight to sit on it.
