Finally finished the Hawthorne I picked up from Skoda. I was inspired by some of the boardtrackers I've seen around and knew that's what I wanted to attempt with this one. Started with the frame and pieced the rest of it together. I still need to swap out the chainring (stupid Schwinn stuff) as it makes the chain rub on the rear fender. Otherwise she's good to go.

Great bike, I love it 8)

What's the name/brand of those tires ?
Sort of in between red and brown colored, I dig the vintage effect a lot.
It looks like the tires are rusty, instead of the bike.

Oh yeah!.Be PROUD of that one!

Thanks for all of the great feedback everyone. I'm pretty happy with this one and I really enjoyed piecing it together. Ace-the tires came from a guy in Portland on the 'Bay. Just search for "brick red tires" and they should pop up. Great price and he threw in tubes. The Roadmaster fork works like new after I disassembled it and greased it. As far as the seat, I could level it out, but I wanted to try something different. It's actually pretty comfortable. Thanks again!
