i just got a Hawthorne/wards 60's 3spd bmx bike and I've looked everywhere and can't find any info for parts or anything. The man I got this one from said he's also gonna give me 2 western flyers. I don't know what year's but looking forward to it. I'm a 42 yr old BMX racer with a brand new bike and I stumbled across the 3spd and it cought my eye. So I am very new to the older bikes, but I sure do like them. Thanks for any info, Greg

It sounds like you've picked up a cool old bike,(and with a couple more to come too! that's Sweet) but the description you offered is pretty murky.

Welcome Greg! FYI: There are a number of RRB members up north with you and a couple events in Sac and the bay area that are fun.
As far as your bikes, once you get them, you can post them in the thread LFD posted and you'll get some good info.
