Help (pics) needed

hi folks,
i´m searching for pictures of the flat black (felt) chopper with a bit red and white pinstripes on it. it has a special self-build shifter with a lever wich is seperate of the original shifter, which i want to see again to see how it works. other bikes with this kind of shifter would be cool, too.
please help me,
