My girlfriends new ride
a 63 Schwinn Hollywood in white and pink... Mother nature wasnt kind with the paint but it just gives her character

the original seat was prettier but this is much comfier

the original s7s looked cool but I need bigger white walled rubber and dont need no bent rubbing fenders

added some old castle axle nuts and red crown valve caps

tomorrow it gets apes and a different basket...... stay tuned

Looking good so far. Are the original rims S-7's? They look like S-2's in the photos? But I could be (and often am) wrong.

Some shorty ducktail fenders would go nicely with the apes. No rubbing tires with those

its funny I have never seen a white and pink schwinn with good paint

I like the changes. The bigger tires, no fender make it more better.

Those handlebars look funky.

I really like the way that thing has weathered.
Those Schwinn seats aren't the most comfy. Surprised they used them for so long.
Never seen bars like that before.

not a clue I got them on ebay I thought they were from an exercise bike maybe but that have road rash on them

they make the bike!!!!....I think they would make any
bike you put them on.

added a rack and actually got the finish to look similar then we took off the basket I got a better idea for the futue

after a ride across town well 6 blocks this is small town Iowa here.... anyways I decided I didnt like the bars they were comfy just very strange so I went to an early post war columbia bar I think its more fitting for this project

she kinda reminds me of speckled malted milk easter egg candy!
