How am I gonna rat this?!

I found this and a childs OCC Chopper Stingray being thrown away tonight. The wheels in my head are already turning, which ironically are bigger than the wheels on this bike, but I cant decide on what route to take it? Rat it? Leave it? Make a Mini-me type of bike to pull behind a full size bike? Thoughts?

My kids fought over it today. They did the tall seat but I was thinking of some tall apes. I like the ideer of a banana seat but I'm not sure how I would make it work.

put a tank over the whole thing with the seat tube coming out of it

If you got a welder I'd chop it up and add the rear suspension to the chopper. Would be cool to see something different.
