found this old Hutch expert racer. Needs a little tlc but appears to have some nice components on it. I just wish the handlebars wherent so rusty

Ahh it's not that bad haha. A little oil and fine steel wool and it'll look presentable

Nice find! I found a Hutch that was labeled as an Expert but mine turned out to be a Judge.

I looked it over it has susue hubs araya rims a tioga task force crank mcs gooseneck I don't know how to tell if the bars are CW although they look like pictures I've seen of them

From what I have seen, if you take the bars off ,the knurling on the bar is a wide band instead of two bands like most bars.
