Looking for a 16 x 175 tire!!

Does anyone have a tire just like this that they would sell? Ive been looking for a couple of years for one and I guess they came on Royce Union 16" bikes, but I want it for the front of a Swing Bike because I have a rear to match...

That little 16" Royce Bike was on Ebay and the guy sold just the wheels and tires to a guy in NJ

Those Orbit tires were a deal. I think they were 50 dollars for the bike. I was going to buy them a few times. I only remember seeing a 16" RWL tire once before. I don't even remember the name on it.
