Cool build and off to a great start. Will be interesting to learn a thing or 2 about these Choppers.

Love that giant c-clamp. Looks like that comes in handy.
 
What's your chrome cleaning, polishing method, those parts look great.

I tend to clean the chrome with wire wool, and a small brass brush on the little things, but what I do is make sure I keep the items dry so that it's just rust powder coming off and nothing gooey lol.

Afterwards I give them a once over with glass polish

When I have a spare hour or two I will sit down and keep at the underside of the front one with a flathead screwdriver and I should get rid of more of the deeper rust
