Ok, I think I'm in...
This will be my second muscle build...Last build off I entered Juicebox a flipped girls bike.

I have no idea or any thoughts on this build at the moment a complete brain fart...:39:
Still deep fried from the last build off.

But I will be starting with this frame,I'm not sure how this style of frame made it to this island?
It is made in Sri Lanka of all places.I have had it in storage(chicken coop) for awhile and thought it would make a nice muscle bike...

I have always wanted a muscle bike from when I was a kid,but coming from a not so well off family,it never happened. So carrying on the tradition of no $$$... I will be keeping it simple,I will need to invest in a banana seat, apes and sissy...

Haven't decided on the name yet, maybe Brain Dead @67, or No Brainer, OR if I can get the pink sludgy stuff upstairs to work Cherry Bomb ?

Good luck to everyone !!! May the build be with you...

Still stuck on ideas, but I have stripped the bike.
I recently found some 16- ??? moped tires spanky new.
So started to roll around with the idea of monster muscle?
But decided this build was not worthy of these beauties:praise:.
But I had a set of metzler 16 mopeds 1x(2 1/4) 1x(2 1/2).
26" forks with a 12" front?

I think I prefer 20 in the front and back, need to bend the forks a bit...

Might extend the rear dropouts a bit as well...
Here are the moped sizes up close.

Might make some ape bars from this...

A kids pedal car...:21: I originally wanted to use the seat for minnehaha but found another one...Could use this one for a kids drift trike.

Need to bend the forks without to much damage.
Any ideas,I have a mapp torch to heat up.
I use to use the bull bars on my pajero, but now its gone.Maybe a tree?

I use an electricians hand pipe bender... but I've seen some good benders online, made out of wood. Cut three half moon pieces out of 1x2 (3/4 thick) and sandwich them together with some plywood, so you now have a lip a bit taller than the 1x2 sandwich, and make the center 1x2 just a bit smaller radius then the outside two. Now you have a half moon trough for the the pipe (or fork) to bend around. You need to have a keeper at one end of the buck, to hold the end of the pipe. Metal strapping around the base would work, or you could lay the whole assembly down on it's side and clamp a 2x against the base...

Fit a larger pipe on the piece (or fork) you're bending and pull!
I think this would work well on it's side, clamped to a table, you could then flip it over to do each fork. I doubt you even need any heat. GLWTB

Such a wonderful day here yesterday, that I decided to do some work around home and ????.
Have 4 of these old chairs, that gave me Ideas fro bars etc.
DSCN2284.JPG
Scrapped the gokart bars, better size from the chair.
Cut bars.+ 2 old scrap handlebars, base that came off the bmx and MTB bars.

Gives you extreme apes.

Also a extra bar for a seat stem. The seat came off a cheap girls bike.Needs a new cover.
