Hi guys!

So, I guess it's time for a quick introduction :)

I've a 2007 Diamondback Della Cruz 1.0, it was purchased in Florida and brought to Poland in 2009. One year ago in summer 2014 I bought it on Internet auction. It was totally new, it never been used, new, original tires, perfect paint etc.

Through the year I changed valve caps for game dices, tires from Kenda Kaze 2.125 for Schwalbe Fat Frank 2.35 and put colored chain, which fits the rims.

I also have some plans for this year. I'm going to buy wider rims and bent springer :)

Thread will be updating

So far, here are some photos

Yes, It looks a way better, but with the spring dropped out it's almost impossible to turn :( I've to figure something out to make it work well, but so far I have no solution :(

I started working on a della cruz this week and had to see how it looked with the forks extended like your last image. I see what you mean about the turning! I am going to place some spacers between the neck with the fork screw where the spring would normally go, find a angle that will still look stretched like yours does and give it a bit more clearance to turn with. not sure if it will work out like i'm thinking.
Did you come up with a solution for yours?
