Huffy for sure. It should say Huffy on the chainguard and the model on the tank, maybe it was repainted I don't see any letters or remnants.

Serial number should be something like 3H00000, which would be a '63. -Adam

I looked through a bunch of pics of Huffys. The Camaro had that style tank, the other models look a little different. The El Camino looks to have been a Monark, with a different chainguard than yours, and the Eldorado had a different tank. Going by this pic, the name Camaro wasn't on the tank, it looks like wings and an emblem on the tank, with Huffy on the chain guard. None of the boy's Camaros had the name on the tank, but the girl's did.
