OCC Fork on 24" Frame?

Help Support Rat Rod Bikes Bicycle Forum:
A fork off a one of those newer OCC stingrays won't fit right onto a different frame. The standard is a 1" stem, while the OCC forks are a 1 1/8" stem. They are also can't be adjusted to fit the headtube length.
I think I got the terms right :roll:
I don't know if it will help much but here is a pic of some OCC forks I adapted to fit on a 26" frame. Those are 24" wheels.
