how did i miss this? amazing what is the front half with the double down tubes? it sort of looks like it is from a scooter.

I think that pinoyratrodder is asking for the original builder of the bike to post the finished project. Does anyone know who actually built it?

i like it, what's there of it anyway. don't remember where you got the pic? that would be the place to start.

on a guess i'd say it's someone in or dealing with the military. the background looks like an airbase building that's somewhere warm/tropical.
