how in the sam heck do i air these type tubes up ....need an adapter or what ??
never used em b4 ....LOL

There is an adapter. Most hand pumps come with one. Loosen the knurled nut on the top of the presta stem, install your adapter and fill. Once you've removed the adapter snug the knurled nut back up.
